Room for Hire Morrinsville
We have an event room for hire at Morrinsville Museum. This can be used for planning days, quiz nights, networking events and more.
Event Room
The room seats 40 people theatre style and 20 people classroom style comfortably.
Four tables are available 1800mm x 700mm in size.
The Education Room which can be closed off is 5.2m x 6.4m, this room can be extended into the foyer making it a 5.2m x 10.7m room.
A constant room temperature all year round.
Kitchen is available with sink, microwave, fridge, urn, kettle, cups and saucers and cutlery. Please bring your own tea, coffee, sugar, and milk etc. (The kitchen is an extra cost of $5 )
Toilets are available in the building and includes a disabled toilet.
Wheelchair and wheelchair access on site.
Technology consists of: Projector, connect devices using HDMI, connect to internet via LAN port, Blu-ray Player, Sound-bar, dimmable room lights, Floor-box to access power & LAN port.

Hireage is $10 per hour
Kitchen hireage is an extra $5
Non-Members
Hireage is $20 per hour
Kitchen hireage is an extra $5
After Hours Hireage
All after hours hireage which require the room to be specifically opened and closed is $25 per hour.

- First Saturday of the month open for Morrinsville Market Day from 9.00am to 1.00pm
- Sunday from 11.00am to 3.00pm.
